So long as you can provide a clear and precise project brief of your idea and a clear outline of the works needed then I can do my job and provide a fair quote for your project as per my terms and conditions. This normally involves you providing me a CAD Plan or sketch or similar to scale and a material schedule so I can then match my price and 3D model to your specifications as close as possible.
